How to download?
Download the GTA Vice City .rar file and go to the folder where the downloaded file is located. Then right click the GTA Vice City .rar and click on Extract to "GTA Vice City\".
Then after the extraction is completed double click on the newly extract GTA Vice City folder and then double click on gta-vc or gta-vc.exe and then start playing.
